Job Description

Generate and update weekly demand forecasts by channel, category, and store
Analyze sell-through data, campaign outcomes, and stock movement to refine forecasts
Coordinate with category/product and inventory teams for inventory deployment planning
Track forecast accuracy and adjust based on trends
Monitor and report on fill rate, OOS cases, and overstock risks
Recommend safety stock levels, push strategies, and reactive plans as needed

Experience: 24 years in demand planning, inventory control, supply chain analytics, or sales operations

Skills: Strong in forecast modeling, trend analysis, and data synthesis

Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of planning or ERP tools is a plus

Personality Traits: Analytical, proactive, precise, and collaborative

Cultural Fit: Works well with cross-functional teams, comfortable navigating between data and field realities, service-oriented toward sales and supply
