What The Role Will Entail

• Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models aimed at tackling key fintech challenges, including fraud prevention, credit risk assessment, and customer segmentation.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts to conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis, deriving actionable insights to drive strategic business objectives forward.
• Creation of data visualization dashboards, enabling stakeholders to grasp critical findings effortlessly and empowering data-driven decision-making processes.
• Optimization and maintenance of existing machine learning models and algorithms, consistently striving to enhance performance and accuracy
  
  
  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with demonstrated experience or coursework in fintech concepts and applications
• 5 to 6 years of experience in data analysis or machine learning, with at least 1 year in a leadership role; fintech or financial services background strongly preferred.
• Skilled in Python, R, or SQL for financial modeling and analysis, plus hands-on experience with statistical tools and machine learning techniques for fintech use cases.
• Proficient in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and familiar with fintech data sources, fraud detection, and risk assessment methodologies.
