Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and business metrics to provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics to measure business success.
• Identify trends, patterns, and root causes of operational issues through data analysis and recommend timely corrective actions.
• Evaluate current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare feasibility studies, impact assessments, and business process documentation to support operational enhancements and initiatives.
• Recommend data-driven solutions to optimize the utilization of products, services, and business resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives, improve operational performance, and achieve organizational goals.
• Identify operational risks and provide recommendations to strengthen controls and mitigate potential issues.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by validating data sources and maintaining high-quality reporting standards.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation is preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and reporting techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
  

• At least 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support business performance monitoring.
• Proven experience in analyzing operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending data-driven solutions.
• Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is highly preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare, insurance, financial services, or related industries is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to support business initiatives.
