Data Analyst

Responsibilities

This position ensures that targets on cost, patient experience and patient outcomes for an assigned Business (i.e.In-patient, Outpatient, ER, Medical, Sales, Marketing and Operations, etc) are achieved. He/ She is responsible for monitoring actual performance against target by performing data analytics on lead, real time and lag performance indicators, variance analysis, and recommending or implementing interventions to deliver expected results.

The Successful Candidate Will Report To One Of The Utilization Management Leads Supporting Assigned Business Line And Will Work To Achieve The Following

• Measure success through key performance indicators and other metrics
• Provide analysis and meaningful information supporting decision-making and action-planning
• Analyze current processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Identify root cause and recommend corrective actions of issues in a timely manner
• Recommend to management actions to take pertaining to utilization management of product and services
• Work collaboratively with members of the team and with other functions/ departments in driving execution of plans and initiatives
• Produce quality documents including business processes and controls, feasibility and impact analysis
• Define and analyze operational issues, identify risks and recommend solutions based on data-driven assessment; Identify opportunities and utilize it
• Build and deliver concise and effective presentations to communicate complex ideas in easy-to-understand way to different audiences

• With at least 2 years of experience in performing data analytics and information management function; with Commercial and Operational acumen
• Preferred industry orientation: Research and Data Management, Healthcare, Insurance,
• FMCG, or any service-oriented industry
• Graduate of Information Science, BS Math, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or any business-related course
• Above average knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets and Microsoft Powerpoint/ Google Slides.
• Knowledge in Python and/or R programming language is a plus
• Skills in data presentation/ visualization and analysis; Good analytical and verbal skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome but experience in the healthcare or HMO industry is an advantage
