What To Expect

Working within the Enterprise Data and Analytics organization as a data analyst, joining with a high-level perspective and customer insight to deliver on the goals, vision, and roadmap for metadata and catalog product development, quality, master and reference data including technical and business metadata, tagging, lineage, quality, reporting, master data, and issue resolution.

Taking responsibility for communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, delivery teams and external partners; ensuring goals are clear, and the vision is aligned with business objectives.

Delivering on data services within the data management lifecycle; measuring its impact and outcomes on business objectives.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology / Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates
  • 2+ years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function in multinational company.
  • Customer Experiences Implementation, Consumer Centricity Expert, and Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Data Cataloging, Data Quality, Master Data, and Reference Data
  • Data and Analytics Literacy
  • DAMA CDMP Fundamentals certification would be an additional benefit
  • AWS - Cloud Practitioner certification would be an additional benefit

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Responsible for backlog delivery in the context of project, capability, and business as usually focused work. Collaborating with stakeholders to right size the backlog and roadmap.
  • Responsible for working with the product owner and stakeholders to define and implement standardized metadata framework attributes in the catalog (business, technical, tagging, ownership, etc.).
  • Responsible for data quality dashboarding, ensuring stakeholder expectations are accounted for and met in support of error detection and issue resolution.
  • Responsible for ensuring that deployed data quality rule results are deployed timely, accurately, and consistently and in a manner that meets governance needs for issue resolution processes.
  • Monitor outcomes, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary.
  • Responsible for partnering with stakeholder organizations to solicit requirements and action them within the catalog.
  • Responsible for training stakeholders on the enterprise catalog and data quality as it relates to use and value proposition to their given persona context.
  • Adhere to principles, policies and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services; providing advice on policy when necessary
  • Analyze, collect requirements, guide, and build within in our master and reference data platform
  • Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues in IT and other functions on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies.
  • Ensure that business objectives and requirements are clearly understood.
  • Provide information and business advice to resolve complex or contentious queries and issues; enabling others to take appropriate actions.
  • Create and maintain system/services documentation, training programs/materials, operating manuals with assigned scope
