About The Role

We are looking for a skilled data analyst to join our commercial excellence team and help transform data into actionable insights. You will be part an international team with colleagues in both the Nordics and Philippines. As a data analyst you will analyze large data sets used for building reports and dashboards. It is important in this role both to be able to analyze the data and also understand the business stakeholders need for data and how the data will be used for follow-up and decision making.

In addition, you will also supervise and assist with developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, in cooperation with colleagues in Philippines. This is a senior role and we are looking for a person who can translate business needs into great reports and work closely with our international IT team to come up with the best solutions. You will also be a key player in helping the organization to become more data driven.

Key responsibilities and abilities:

• Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and be responsible for bridging understanding between these stakeholders. Translating business requirements and insights clearly in both directions.
• Data-Driven Analysis and Reporting: In this role you need strong analytical skills to be able to visualize data and make trend analysis. Excellent understanding in data modelling and transformation is necessary.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with product owners, data team, and project managers to ensure data solutions are reliable, scalable, and efficient.
• Project Management: Ability to manage sales-related projects or system enhancements, including timeline coordination, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strategic and Process Thinking: Strategic and solutions-oriented mindset capable of improving system/operational efficiency and user experience.
  
  
  

• Excellent skills in Data management is a must for this position
• Fabric and Power BI: Experience extracting and integrating data from multiple internal systems (including ERP, CRM, and other business platforms) into Power BI is needed. Understanding of end-to-end Microsoft Fabric architecture is a nice to have skill and an advantage for this position. Experience of Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements and provide actionable insight is another plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis would be highly preferred
• Excel: Advanced knowledge, with strong experience in data manipulation, cleaning techniques, and formula automation is an advantage.
• ERP/CRM/Resource Planning Systems: Experience working with operational and commercial systems across finance, sales, and delivery is a plus.
• Experience from in an international business environment is a plus.
• Bachelors or Master’s in Data Analysis or Similar field
