KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Embark on an exciting journey with Royal Caribbean Group as a Casino Promotions Analyst, specializing in the development and execution of targeted offers for our casino guests. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and deploying one-to-one promotional campaigns aimed at maximizing engagement and revenue. As an analyst-level professional, you will ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of casino-specific offers, collaborate closely with marketing and product teams, and leverage data insights to optimize the guest experience and drive loyalty through tailored casino promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and execute markets targeted casino promotional offers across Royal Caribbean Group’s digital platforms, following established marketing guidelines.
• Work closely with marketing and casino teams to understand promotional details and ensure accurate implementation of guest-specific offers.
• Test casino offers to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring smooth and error-free delivery to guests.
• Collaborate with automation and QA teams to monitor the execution of promotions and address any technical or operational issues promptly.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for casino promotions, helping validate that offers are correctly set up and functioning as intended.
• Provide feedback during testing phases and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to promotional content or technical glitches.
• Assist technical teams in troubleshooting, reporting defects, resolving bugs or discrepancies affecting targeted casino offers.
• Follow established processes to update and maintain documentation related to promotional setup, testing, and issue resolution.
• Review reports and analytics to verify that promotions are delivering the expected results and identify any operational issues.
• Support ongoing improvements by providing input on platform functionalities and assisting with minor platform enhancements to better support promotional execution.
• Help train internal teams on the basic procedures for managing and executing targeted casino offers.
• Contribute to ensuring that all promotional campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently, supporting overall campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in an eCommerce environment and/or working on an enterprise/global website is preferred.
• Strong fluency in the English language is required.
• Experience in executing promotion campaigns is preferred.
• Proven experience in creating and executing promotional messaging in a digital environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into effective online promotions.
• Experience creating and executing QA testing plans, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Technical aptitude to identify and communicate technical issues to development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
