Job Description

You will be required to lead and oversee all aspects of the Admin and Compliance PH teams, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below.

Managing strategic and operational functions daily, such as translating executive directives into structured operational plans, aligning team deliverables with performance targets, and ensuring reporting accuracy and compliance obligations are met.

This will require you to build data-driven systems using advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and data modelling), optimise workflows, oversee compliance governance, manage escalations requiring senior discretion, and deliver executive-level revenue and performance insights while ensuring zero-error reporting standards.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead Admin and Compliance PH teams aligned to organisational strategy and KPIs.
  • Translate executive directives into structured and actionable operational plans.
  • Design scalable reporting systems and automated workflows to reduce manual error.
  • Deliver daily revenue reporting and maintain reporting spreadsheets.
  • Maintain CSQ funding reconciliation and AVETMISS reporting with zero compliance errors.
  • Troubleshoot validation errors and ensure contract compliance.
  • Oversee audits of conducted trainings and implement risk mitigation controls.
  • Convert departmental objectives into actionable compliance tasks and frameworks.
  • Conduct behavioural and performance evaluations.
  • Provide continuous training in Excel, internal systems, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Handle escalated and complex cases requiring senior judgement.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on revenue, bookings, and operational performance.


You will be responsible for building scalable systems and cultivating a high-performing, independent team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years leadership experience in operations, compliance, or training administration.
  • Advanced Excel expertise (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, data modelling) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capability.
  • Experience in compliance-heavy or regulated environments is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build structured systems.
  • Strong communication and executive reporting skills.
  • High attention to detail and risk management mindset.
