Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Analyst to join our team with a focus on carrier verification and fraud prevention. This role is critical in safeguarding our platform by ensuring the legitimacy of carriers and preventing fraudulent activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrier Verification:
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to carriers using FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) data.
• Verify carrier contact information, especially when changes have occurred within the last 60 days.
• Follow strict procedures for validating phone numbers, including contacting both previous and updated numbers.
  
  

• Fraud Prevention:
• Assess and confirm the legitimacy of new users to prevent fraudulent accounts.
• Identify patterns or anomalies in FMCSA data and escalate concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with fraud operations and compliance teams to enhance verification workflows and strengthen detection protocols.]
  
  

• Risk Mitigation:
• Communicate effectively with carriers to identify potential compromises (e.g., hacked emails or altered FMCSA data).
