CSA Lead

Job Description

Lead and supervise quantity surveying activities for CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) works, ensuring accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.

Review architectural, structural, and civil drawings, specifications, and other project documents to determine material quantities and scope of work.

Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, material takeoffs, and other quantity surveying documents.

Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift and other relevant tools.

Monitor project costs, evaluate variations, and assist in cost control throughout project implementation.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments regarding quantities, estimates, and project requirements.

Review subcontractor and supplier quotations to verify quantities, scope, and cost accuracy.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of quantity surveying reports and documentation.

Provide guidance and technical support to the quantity surveying team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

With 5–10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and interior fit-out construction or structural and civil works.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for quantity calculations, cost analysis, and preparation of estimates.

Proficient in PlanSwift for quantity takeoff and measurement of construction works.

With experience in ground-up residential and commercial construction projects.

With experience in construction detailing and interpreting architectural, structural, and civil drawings.

Knowledgeable in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, material estimation, cost control, and variation assessment.

With leadership skills and the ability to supervise and coordinate with the quantity surveying team.
