We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and people‑focused professional to lead our Credit & Risk Management team. You’ll oversee end‑to‑end O2C processes, strengthen financial controls, and enable business growth through sound credit decisions and effective receivables management. You’ll coach a high‑performing team, partner with key stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across our service delivery.

What Youll Do

  • Lead daily Credit & Risk operations, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and compliance with PMI policies.
  • Review credit scoring, approve new accounts, evaluate customer credit, and authorize exceptions.
  • Manage AR processes including aging, cash collection, reconciliation, and write‑offs.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
  • Collaborate with SFP stakeholders and CRM partners to resolve O2C issues.
  • Drive process improvements and support productivity initiatives.
  • Coach and develop team members, ensuring documentation and procedures remain updated.

What You Need To Have

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in O2C/OTC processes in a B2B environment, and at least 3 years in a people manager capacity.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to thrive in a multicultural working environment.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and process‑minded.
  • A collaborative leader passionate about developing people and improving systems.

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Hybrid work arrangement based in Rockwell, Makati City
  • Mondays to Fridays and Saturdays half-day
  • Ideally with a driver’s license as travelling is required in a quarterly basis
