We are looking for a Compliance & Labor Relations Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, you will go beyond administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in shaping and safeguarding the employee experience. From onboarding to offboarding, you will ensure that every stage of the employee lifecycle is managed with integrity, compliance, fairness, and professionalism.


You will serve as a trusted partner to both employees and leadership, helping create a workplace grounded in clear policies, positive labor relations, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Philippines-based Head of Legal and Compliance, you will serve as the frontline operational lead for employee-facing processes. You will ensure that our 300+ employees experience a disciplined, professional, and supportive operational environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Onboarding Excellence: Orchestrate documentation and schedules for new hires to ensure a seamless start to their career.
  • Managing Case Timelines: Serve as the "doer" for labor relations, tracking case progress against mandated deadlines to ensure zero procedural delays.
  • Facilitating Administrative Hearings: Act as the primary point of contact for employees, coordinating and conducting hearings with professionalism and due process.
  • Optimizing Offboarding: Coordinate with IT and Operations to manage access revocations and asset returns within strict timelines.
  • Maintaining Audit Readiness: Ensure all employee (201) and case files are meticulously documented and ready for internal or external reviews.


What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant Experience: At least 2+ years in HR operations, employee relations, or administrative roles requiring high procedural rigor.
  • Operational Mindset: A proven ability to manage timelines relentlessly and execute tasks to completion without waiting for "perfect" information.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to handle emotionally charged or difficult conversations with a calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Technical Literacy: Experience managing ticketing systems and digital case trackers to maintain status visibility.
  • Detail Orientation: A deep understanding of why procedural consistency matters for both the employee and the organization.


Bonus Points For

  • Experience specifically within a BPO or high-growth outsourcing environment.
  • Prior experience collaborating with legal counsel on case framing or labor law compliance.
  • A track record of implementing documented process improvements that reduced operational bottlenecks.
