Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Mandaluyong City, & Makati City in the role of Collections Officer.

This role will conduct collection efforts on delinquent accounts using callouts, collection letters, and SMS. Handle financial and non-financial client requests, including reversals, payment transfers, and updating cardholder information within specified turnaround times. Negotiate special payment arrangements, monitor personal productivity, and perform additional tasks as needed.

What The Role Will Entail

• Conduct collection efforts on delinquent accounts using callouts, collection letters, and SMS.
• Assess and initiate financial and non-financial client requests, including reversals, payment transfers, and updating cardholder information, adhering to specified customer turnaround times.
• Negotiate special payment arrangement schemes with customers.
• Monitor personal productivity achievements and implement action plans discussed with the team head.
• Address any other tasks that may arise during the performance of the above responsibilities.
  
  
  

• Candidate must posses a Bachelors/College Degree.
• Possess at least 3 years of working experience in Collections, specifically in the role of Agency Coordinator/Repossessor.
• Have at least one (1) year of collections experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrate at least three (3) years of overall collections experience.
• Include at least one (1) year of client management experience.
• Demonstrate detailed, results-oriented, and self-motivated qualities with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, supported by collections-related work experience, as an advantage.
• Applicants must be open to working onsite, with office locations in Filinvest Building, Mandaluyong (near MRT Ortigas Station), or PBCOM Tower, Makati City.
