Job Overview

The Senior Copilot Studio Developer is responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. This role focuses on creating intelligent conversational experiences, integrating AI models, and automating business processes to deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise clients. The position requires deep technical expertise in Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and low-code development, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant implementations aligned with Microsoft’s AI roadmap.

Duties And Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

• Build and configure Copilot Studio bots and AI agents for enterprise scenarios.
• Develop advanced workflows using Power Automate and integrate with external APIs and data sources.
• Implement conversational AI experiences leveraging Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and Copilot extensions.
  
  

• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities into Copilot Studio solutions.
• Customize prompts, orchestrate multi-turn conversations, and optimize AI responses for accuracy and compliance.
• Implement responsible AI principles, including bias mitigation and ethical AI practices.
  
  

• Define architecture for Copilot Studio deployments, ensuring scalability and security.
• Apply governance standards for environment management, data privacy, and lifecycle control.
• Create reusable templates and accelerators for rapid solution delivery.
  
  

• Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and consultants.
• Deliver enablement sessions and hands-on labs for clients on Copilot Studio and AI capabilities.
  
  

• Explore emerging Microsoft AI technologies such as Fabric, Azure AI Search, and Copilot extensibility.
• Prototype new conversational experiences and automation patterns to enhance client value.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practice frameworks for AI and Copilot Studio.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in enterprise application development, including 3+ years in AI or conversational platforms.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure AI services.
• Strong understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and conversational design.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data connectors, and secure integration patterns.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and compliance frameworks.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure AI integration.
• Conversational Design: Ability to craft intuitive, multi-turn conversational experiences.
• Prompt Engineering: Skilled in optimizing prompts for accuracy, tone, and compliance.
• Innovation Mindset: Passion for experimenting with emerging AI technologies and driving adoption.
