What The Day Will Look Like

  • Handhold the client in their data submission journey & ensure that all client compensation data submission obligations are fulfilled.
  • Support client onboarding, orientation and query resolution in a timely manner.
  • Work to drive client retention by providing support around job architecture, survey publications, data lifecycle and platform experience.
  • Understand and analyze Compensation data using Excel and internal software.
  • Ensure that all client compensation data submission obligations are fulfilled.
  • Optimize opportunity to work on specific projects, delivering job matching and benchmarking services to clients.
  • This role is uniquely placed to give you exposure to other internal teams and colleagues of all seniorities, and you will be encouraged to promote product and service awareness to your clients.
  • Support contract renewals & related query resolution.
  • Hold regular and appropriate meetings with the team to provide client updates, discuss service and build a strong working relationship with all parties.
  • Motivate and encourage the client team to understand and meet the client’s requirements and keep them updated on client developments and to foster a culture of shared responsibility and ownership.
  • Provide support, coaching and feedback to your teams.
  • Share your knowledge and experience with other consultants in your office, and actively learn from their experiences.
  • Contribute to various management initiatives and activities.
