What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of clients making sure they are thriving.
• Partnering with clients post-sale to guide them through onboarding, setup, and long-term success.
• Acting as the go-to person for any operational, performance, or staffing challenges - solving problems before they escalate.
• Building relationships that lead to growth: renewals, new roles, and deeper engagement.
• Working closely with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to deliver great experiences for every client and team member.
• Identifying commercial opportunities by understanding your clients’ business goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You’ve worked in a service-based or client-facing role, maybe not in outsourcing, but definitely somewhere you’ve built strong relationships and solved complex problems.
• You’re curious - you like understanding how businesses work and spotting ways to make things better.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or a related role, preferably in a multi-country environment.
• You’re organised and proactive - you don’t wait for issues to blow up; you see them coming and get ahead of them.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with all kinds of people.
• You love connecting the dots between people, process, and results.
• You’re commercially minded, you understand that great service leads to great growth.
