Job Description

  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the sol and clients.
  • Understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the Solutions Manager.
  • Providing updates on technical issues, projects, or service requests.
  • Explaining IT products, services, or solutions to clients.
  • Demonstrating and training clients on IT systems or software usage.
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent support and service.
  • Addressing concerns proactively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Preparing performance reports to share insights and recommendations.
  • Partnering with account management teams for tailored solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Has at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Understanding of IT systems, software, and technical concepts to address client needs effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written skills for explaining technical solutions in non-technical terms.
  • Ability to understand and prioritize client satisfaction.
  • Efficiently managing timelines and tasks when dealing with client projects.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and planning capabilities.
