The role requires sound judgement and discretion, representing the company at the highest levels and building deep, trust‑based relationships through high‑stakes engagements where influence and persuasion are essential.

Job Description

  • Build, manage, and strategically influence senior stakeholder relationships across government departments, regulators, and key industry bodies.
  • Serve as the primary interface for high‑level engagements, shaping dialogue, aligning interests, and driving outcomes in line with company objectives.
  • Lead and support complex negotiations, balancing regulatory expectations, operational realities, and commercial priorities.
  • Represent the company in formal engagements and informal settings where trust, discretion, and influence are essential.
  • Navigate politically sensitive and high‑pressure situations with sound judgement and strong interpersonal skills to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Develop deep insight into stakeholder structures, motivations, and internal dynamics to inform engagement strategies.
  • Proactively identify risks, resistance points, and opportunities, adapting approaches to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Act as a trusted escalation point for senior stakeholders, managing sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Handle confidential discussions and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Provide senior leadership with clear insight into stakeholder sentiment, emerging risks, and strategic opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to align delivery with external expectations, ensuring consistency, credibility, and coherence in all engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in senior client management, government relations, or stakeholder engagement roles.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior government officials, regulators, and corporate leaders.
  • Strong understanding of political, regulatory, and organizational dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience managing sensitive, high‑profile, and complex stakeholder environments.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences and contexts.
  • Fluency in both Tagalog and English.
  • Prior experience working with government agencies or public institutions is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while maintaining sound judgement.
