About The Role

We are seeking a Client Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long lasting relationships with our clients and partners. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving client success through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve 95% retention of assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues to prevent loss to competitors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, conducting regular updates and identifying new opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate coordination with clients and insurers for claims approvals, endorsements, Letters of Guarantee (LOGs), Letters of Authorisation (LOAs) and other service requests
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, benchmarking studies, utilisation reports and renewal negotiations to meet client and insurer expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation, update client data and ensure seamless onboarding and transition of new clients to the servicing team
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and timely resolution of client queries
• Ensure timely collection of commissions and update Gallagher’s reporting platforms with client payment details
• Provide accurate and thorough information to partners, follow up on endorsements and billings, and adhere to client-prescribed turnaround times
• Perform other tasks necessary to achieve 95% retention and 100% client satisfaction
  
  

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor Business, Management, Marketing or related field
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project and time management abilities
• Knowledge of business management principles
• Organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
