Job Description
- Prepares daily abstract of sales and records issuance of order slips.
- Conduct data processing, ensure quality management, and provide comprehensive audits.
- Collects and records all unused orders slips every end of the shift, to monitor its movement and check the series used.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Prepares order slips for signature of members
- Checks series of chits and order slips to determine missing and unsigned chits and to check unaccounted order slips
- Prepare report on discrepancy of chits and orders slips
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests.
- Assist in the inventory of the bar/outlet and submit daily sales report to his/her immediate supervisor.
- Assist in training new staff on quality control procedures.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by superior

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree required, financial management graduate or any business course.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in report generation, quality auditing, and system testing.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency of the order slip provided.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and committed to high standards of quality.
