Job Description
- Lead all fundraising activities including debt financing, bond issuance, and capital raising.
- Oversee capital allocation strategies and manage assets used as collateral for financing.
- Provide strategic financial leadership while supervising a strong, well-managed finance team.
- Build and nurture relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
Non‑negotiables
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in real estate and property, construction, or energy.
- Strong background in capital raising, debt financing, and bond issuance.
- Ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders (CEO, Chairman, Board).
- Strong banking networks and ability to engage external financial partners.
- Experience in an MNC or PLC environment.
- Exposure to investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory firms.
- Agile leadership style suited to a fast-growing business.
- Create value by leading fundraising and financial strategy for a sustainable real estate developer.
