Job Description
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability in the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
- Provide leadership in capital structure management, including fundraising and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and evaluate potential ventures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
A Successful CFO (Lending) Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being a plus.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven experience in the Financial Services industry or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex financial operations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to support business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Competitive annual salary ranging up to PHP 4000000.
