CASE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
Our US-based client, a premier multiline claims services provider, is looking for Licensed Philippine Nurses to be part of their team at their first Philippine-based site. The role will provide support to Case Management (CM) nurses and clients for workers’ compensation (WC) claims.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming case management referrals received
• Apply basic clinical decision-making skills to triage referrals, ensuring cases are directed to the correct Case Managers
• Handling protected health information consistent with department and company policies and regulatory requirements
• Attend training/educational classes as appropriate
• Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary

• An active Nursing license in the Philippines
• At least 1 year experience in US Healthcare
• Clinical Experience is an advantage
• Experience in Workers’ Compensation preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be proficient in decision making, problem solving, and time management
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and general computer literacy
• Willing to work any assigned shift during a work week in Makati City or any assigned office location.
