As CASA Growth and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for the development, execution and management of initiatives aimed at enhancing the experience and value propositions for the assigned deposit and payroll products.
How You’ll Contribute
Set the strategy, execute and manage budget for the initiatives they own
Responsible for the development and launch of portfolio growth and retention campaigns and other initiatives in coordination with the various product and channel teams
Strategize campaigns and initiatives that will drive growth and retention of retail CASA balances of existing client base
Works with different executives, leaders, and stakeholders across business units to synchronize segmentation strategy and do performance management checks
Run projects and initiatives based on the strategic priorities of the segment.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business and Financial/ FinTech, Analytics, Project Management, Strategy and Governance, open to any field of study
Must have at least 5 years of experience as Product Manager, preferably also from banking or fintech industry
Must have experience handling CASA, payroll and deposit products
Strong strategic, analytical and management skills
Able to communicate effectively and keen to detail
Strong organizational skills
