Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Makati, Philippines

Hybrid: 3 days in the office | 2 days from home

At Cloud Bridge, we're looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities and starting conversations that lead to real business.

This is a true outbound sales role. You'll identify new prospects, engage senior IT and business decision-makers, qualify opportunities and build a pipeline that helps organisations begin their cloud journey.

Working alongside our Account Managers, AWS Alliance team, Marketing and Solution Architects, you'll gain exposure to the full sales cycle while developing your knowledge of AWS, cloud technologies and enterprise IT.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels, researching target organisations and identifying the right decision-makers.

You'll run discovery conversations to understand business challenges, qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings for our sales team. You'll also manage your pipeline in HubSpot, maintain accurate CRM records and work closely with Marketing to maximise campaign activity and outbound success.

You'll be successful if you have

• Proven experience in an outbound B2B sales role such as Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Executive (BDE) or Appointment Setter.
• Confidence in making outbound cold calls and building relationships with senior IT and business decision-makers.
• A track record of generating qualified opportunities and consistently achieving activity or sales targets.
• Experience selling technology, SaaS, managed services, or cloud solutions.
• Working knowledge of AWS, cloud computing or enterprise IT infrastructure, with the ability to quickly learn Cloud Bridge's services and solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms.
• Experience managing your own pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• A resilient, self-motivated mindset with the determination to succeed in outbound sales.
  
  

Experience selling technology, SaaS, managed services or cloud solutions is highly desirable, along with experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Apollo or similar sales tools.
