Job Title: Business Development Manager, Prepaid

Department/Division: Consumer Sales

Location: Maxicare Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Plans, monitors, and assesses the target number of client calls per week.
  • Ensures timely cascading and implementation of relevant guidelines from interdependent departments.
  • Leads negotiation, implementation, and evaluation of strategic and tactical programs at the account level.
  • Conducts regular business reviews with key accounts to drive growth and improve client relationships.
  • Analyzes customer data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement or expansion.
  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years o f experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales capacity.
  • Strong background in client relationship management, proposal preparation, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
