Job Summary

Responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding corporate client base. The position requires a results-oriented professional with a strategic approach to business development and a strong background in non-life insurance or financial services. This position shall possess exceptional sales acumen and a robust network of corporate decision-makers.

Job Responsibilities

Sales

  • Prospect, identify, and convert potential corporate clients
  • Understand clients insurance requirements and develop tailored product offerings

Sales Management

  • Coordinate with senior management to deliver optimal insurance solutions

Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings

Competency Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in non-life insurance, at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
