Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collates data, analyzes, and prepares Client proposals based on pricing from Actuarial and Sales, updates presentation materials and correspondences and endorses them to Immediate Superior for approval
  • Collaborates and schedules meetings, presentations and negotiations with Clients, depending on the size and sensitivity of account
  • Collates data, reviews and ensures completeness of all supporting documents for closed new accounts before submission to Immediate Superior for endorsement to Actuarial, QRFT, Underwriting, and Account Management Support Team
  • Reviews and ensures compliance to the Know-Your Client (KYC) policies, good governance and other policies related to accounts management
  • Collates data, analyzes, prepares and submits weekly report to Immediate Superior on client information, updates or customer feedback
  • Conducts calls or visits assigned accounts and leads
  • Monitors and ensures achievement of sales target thru acquisition of new accounts
  • Analyzes and endorses proposal to Immediate Superiors based on approved limit on rates from Actuarial
  • Analyzes and recommends pricing, benefit packages, etc. to Immediate Superior to ensure closure of account
  • Reviews and escalates to Immediate Superior all pricing and benefits concerns for disposition

Experience and Training

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
  • Sales Techniques & Negotiation
  • Product Knowledge & Market Analysis
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
