🌍 Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving Payreto’s growth. You’ll immerse yourself in our solutions, engage with international financial institutions, and become a trusted expert in onboarding, payments, compliance, and more.

💼 What You’ll Do
Sales & Marketing
- Generate leads across industries served by Payreto
- Craft compelling outreach content and email campaigns
- Set appointments and nurture leads from first contact to contract signing
- Understand and confidently explain Payreto’s service offerings
- Handle inquiries from C-level executives and lead process discussions
- Manage the full sales cycle and ensure all inquiries are addressed
- Prepare NDAs, broker agreements, and contracts
- Support the BD team with database updates, pipeline management, and research
- Assist in creating presentations, marketing materials, and brochures
- Coordinate handover of signed clients to operations
Client Engagement
- Engage clients and their representatives to support service delivery
- Provide expert insights and guidance to resolve or implement outsourced services
- Join client meetings to report on process status and performance
- Proactively ensure an exceptional client experience
Product & Process
- Write process flows and service descriptions
- Participate in product discussions on gateways, onboarding, compliance, finance, risk, etc
- Provide insights and analysis on new products and solutions
- Understand the impact of new offerings on Payreto’s business
- Demonstrate awareness of process automation
Business Development & Networking
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities
- Present insights to senior management on market trends and opportunities
- Identify unique selling points and differentiators for Payreto
Ad Hoc
- Support various business development projects as needed
🎓 What You Should Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal Management, Communication, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in solution selling or product management
- Fresh graduates with exceptional potential are welcome to apply
- Strong proficiency in MS Office; G Suite experience is a plus
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and comprehension abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and drive
