Job Description

The Brand Lead is responsible for owning and driving the brands strategy and execution from end to end. This role leads integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives that build awareness, strengthen brand equity, and support business growth. The Brand Lead works closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistent and impactful brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy, planning, and execution aligned with business objectives
• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
• Translate consumer insights, market trends, and data into effective brand initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on brand
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize brand activities
• Act as brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all touchpoints
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles
• Strong experience in campaign management and cross-functional collaboration
• Balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
