Our Cash Services Department is looking for detail-oriented and reliable professionals to join us as Branch Operations Associates.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and security of cash servicing operations across deposit pick-ups, store cash requirements, and ATM replenishments.

What the role will entail

• Handle deposit pick-ups, cash deliveries, store cash requirements, and ATM replenishments with accuracy, timeliness, and security.
• Oversee cash handling processes including balancing, vault management, documentation, and preparation of secured cash bags.
• Lead armored car operations, including trip planning, monitoring cash-in-transit, and ensuring compliance with insurance coverage.
• Maintain and file complete transaction records, deposit slips, and agreements while ensuring strict adherence to cash operating procedures.
• Coordinate with CSD officers, service providers, and security partners to resolve operational concerns and uphold safety standards.
• Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries, ensuring service commitments, and supporting other CSD units as needed.
  
  
  

What were looking for

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or other related courses
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer service, accounting, finance, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance in handling cash and documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in teams
