Qualifications And Standards

• College degree preferred in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• With basic accounting knowledge
• With 2 years experience in restaurant management
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues
• Results driven and customer focused
• Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations
• Ability to use the Internet, Outlook, word processing and spreadsheet software, and position-specific software required

• Lead by example as a proactive team player
• Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales in accordance with the banks objectives
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Maintain, manage, and monitor all customer-related operational issues
• Facilitate regular team meetings focused on sales, service, and product training
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience
