Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Leadership experience (team supervision or coordination)
  • Knowledge of banking products and regulations

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the banks loan and deposit portfolios.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key business clients.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure new business accounts.
  • Cross-sell products to meet revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt sales plans accordingly.
