Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data
Leadership experience (team supervision or coordination)
Knowledge of banking products and regulations

Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow the banks loan and deposit portfolios.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key business clients.
Identify, pitch, and secure new business accounts.
Cross-sell products to meet revenue goals.
Analyze market trends and adapt sales plans accordingly.
