Location: Makati | Onsite | Morning Shift

Role Overview

The AVP – Treasury Head will oversee corporate liquidity, banking relationships, and working capital management. This role will also supervise billing and collections operations to ensure strong cash flow performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cash forecasting, funding, and debt servicing
Oversee billing, receivables, and collections efficiency
Maintain and negotiate banking and credit facilities
Develop treasury policies, controls, and automation initiatives
Optimize capital structure and liquidity planning

Ideal Profile

10+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience
Strong background in high-volume receivables environments
Experience handling banking negotiations and financial institutions
Proven leadership in managing finance teams
