THE ROLE

We are looking for motivated Associate Technical Consultants with a strong interest in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience, especially those with some exposure to banking and finance concepts.

OPPORTUNITIES

• You will support Level 1-2 issues for digital banking applications (web and mobile).
• You will assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
• You will help configure and test digital banking customer journeys.
• You will support API integrations with core banking and external systems.
• You will monitor application performance and assist in upgrades and fixes.
• You will create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• You will work closely with senior consultants and banking stakeholders.
  
  

• You should have degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• You should have 1-2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• You should have basic experience or knowledge in banking and financial services (internships, projects, coursework, or work experience).
• You should have understanding of web/mobile applications and REST APIs.
• You should have basic programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or similar).
• You should have working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• You should have high level familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• You should have effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. International exposure and ability to be deployed across the territory
• You should have an agile mindset and thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and relearn.
• Exposure to digital banking platforms (e.g., Temenos Infinity) is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking domains such as payments, accounts, or onboarding is preferred.

• Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
