Servicing both internal and external customers across the world, assisting Sales/Account Management Team with pre-contract tasks, such as creating accounts & entering opportunity and quote info into relevant systems. Delivering excellent customer service while resolving client billing inquiries by phone and e-mail in an accurate and timely manner. Team acts as a cross-departmental liaison for the Business, Legal, Finance, Account Management and Service teams.
Essential Duties
Support the order-to-bill process by:
Owning the creation and approval of accounts with speed and accuracy.
Processing account updates, invoices and credits.
Researching and obtaining information required to resolve billing issues.
Field client billing queries, coordinate resolution with stakeholders, provide clients with regular updates until resolution is met.
Partner with Account Management Team on specific client cases to understand client asset portfolio and billing.
Work within agreed processes to ensure issues are resolved promptly in order to enhance the customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION & TRAINING
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience working in and improving upon an order-to-bill workflow OR comparable experience in a Finance/Purchasing/Customer Service role.
Amenable to work on NIGHT SHIFT | US Eastern Time
Skills & Knowledge
Strong Excel skills, familiarity with MS Office (Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral with great telephone manner.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
This role will be based out of Notified Office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formely Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel-Air, Makati City. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
