What The Day Will Look Like
- Advise clients on compliance with DOLE OSH Standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct onsite clinic audits to assess compliance, optimize operations, and identify cost mitigation opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic OSH programs that enhance employee wellbeing and organizational resilience.
- Design and execute strategies to optimize onsite clinic operations, enhance service utilization, drive foot traffic, and deliver measurable ROI (Return on Investment) and VOI (Value on Investment) through innovative health and wellness initiatives.
- Provide expertise in subspecialties such as ergonomics, chemical hazard management, industrial hygiene, workplace risk assessments and the likes.
- Maintain and leverage a network of OSH consultants and subspecialists for specialized consulting needs.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions, workshops, and client presentations on OSH topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative health solutions that differentiate the company in the market.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities for consulting engagements and contributing to proposals.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure best-in-class advisory services.
- Generate reports and recommendations for clients to improve safety culture and wellbeing outcomes.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Occupational Health Consultant or equivalent senior OSH role.
- In-depth knowledge of DOLE OSH guidelines and Philippine labor regulations.
- Proven ability to guide organizations in compliance and strategic health planning.
- Adequate knowledge and understanding of occupational safety and health specialty areas such as but not limited to ergonomics, chemical hazards, industrial hygiene, and related OSH subspecialties.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
- With professional certifications in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and deliver client value through health consulting.
- Strong networking skills and ability to collaborate with OSH subspecialists.
- Inclined to work on health data analytics and data storytelling.
- Preferably tech-savvy, with good analytic skills and willing to explore e-health innovative tools and interventions
