What The Day Will Look Like
- Support brokers on renewals, new business and mid‑term adjustments for facultative accounts.
- Prepare and review slips, quote/market sheets, cover notes, checklists, endorsements, invoices and related documents.
- Clean and analyze data and statistics to support placement and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate placement and account information in broker systems.
- Coordinate with operations, finance and credit control on billing, documentation and payments.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and reinsurers.
- Ensure work is in line with regulatory, governance and internal compliance standards.
- Contribute to process and service improvements and collaborate with colleagues across the regional and global facultative network.
Skills That Lead To Success
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in (re)insurance, broking, underwriting support or related financial services; facultative or treaty experience an advantage.
- Understanding of reinsurance concepts and documentation (e.g. slips, cover notes, endorsements) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and data/Excel skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to liaise professionally with clients, reinsurers and internal teams.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and committed to high service standards and compliance.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across functions and geographies.
