Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets through effective retention of existing client portfolios.
  • Analyze and endorse client proposals to immediate superiors in accordance with approved actuarial rate limits.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, benefits packages, and other related terms to support account closures or renewals.
  • Reviews and escalates pricing and/or benefit-related concerns to immediate superiors for timely resolution.
  • Collate, analyze, and prepare client proposals based on actuarial and sales inputs; update presentation materials and correspondence as necessary.
  • Collaborates and schedule meetings, presentations, and negotiations with Clients
  • Monitor and oversee Account Manager/s in handling Sales related concerns, negotiations, and presentations with Management and Clients

Training And Experience

  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, account management, or client relationship management (experience in healthcare/HMO industry is an advantage)
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets , client retention, and account growth
  • Experience in handling client proposals, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals
  • Background in working with actuarial, underwriting, or pricing teams is an advantage
  • Strong experience in client presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder management
  • Experience in managing or mentoring Account Managers or junior sales staff is preferred
  • Excellent skills in data analysis, proposal preparation, and reporting (proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
