Primary Job Responsibility
The Sales & Accounts Training - Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the overall management and execution of Sales and Accounts Training operations, ensuring effective training delivery, trainer performance, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness. The role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, performance monitoring, and escalation support while contributing to the continuous improvement and strategic development of training programs and processes.

Monitor and oversee the day-to-day implementation of Sales and Accounts Training activities, ensuring trainers are aligned with approved schedules, training requirements, and operational priorities.

Provide coaching, guidance, and real-time support to trainers in handling training delivery, learner concerns, and operational issues.

Monitor training-related concerns, escalations, and action items and ensure timely resolution or endorsement to the appropriate stakeholders.

Conduct team huddles and alignment sessions to discuss priorities, upcoming training activities, operational concerns, and performance updates.

- Lead or support urgent training requirements, business rollouts, and special learning initiatives based on organizational needs.
- Provide training and operational support during major system/process implementations , including new systems, product launches, process changes, and business transitions.
- Handle escalated concerns involving trainers, learners, Sales/Accounts stakeholders, training schedules, training delivery, or operational readiness.
- Develop or coordinate ad hoc training interventions in response to identified performance or capability gaps.
- Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional working groups as assigned by management.
- Support the development, review, and implementation of new training programs, job aids, learning materials, assessments, and certification activities .
- Conduct or facilitate train-the-trainer, calibration, certification, and readiness activities when required.
- Provide on-call or weekend support when critical business or system-related training/operational concerns require immediate assistance.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring training or performance issues.
- Support audit, compliance, quality assurance, and documentation requirements related to training operations.
- Provide temporary leadership or operational coverage during trainer/manager absence, organizational transitions, or changes in team structure .
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Training Manager/Senior Manager or Management , consistent with the position's role and level of accountability.
