Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets through effective retention of existing client portfolios.
  • Analyze and endorse client proposals to immediate superiors in accordance with approved actuarial rate limits.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, benefits packages, and other related terms to support account closures or renewals
  • Reviews and escalates pricing and/or benefit-related concerns to immediate superiors for timely resolution.
  • Collate, analyze, and prepare client proposals based on actuarial and sales inputs; update presentation materials and correspondence as necessary.
  • Collaborates and schedule meetings, presentations, and negotiations with Clients
  • Monitor and oversee Account Manager/s in handling Sales related concerns, negotiations, and presentations with Management and Clients

Educational Attainment

  • Graduate of any 4-year course

Experience and training

  • 2 years of experience in sales is an advantage.

Skills Requirements

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
