What The Day Will Look Like
- Support and strengthen industry‑leading Claims teams across APAC by driving operational excellence and consistency in line with the target claims operating model.
- Partner with Country Claims Leaders, Operations Leaders, Global Claims Operations and other key stakeholders to enhance efficiency and deliver high‑quality, timely claims services across the region.
- Lead and coordinate the deployment and adoption of Aon Claims Copilot across APAC markets, including planning, piloting, rollout, and post‑implementation review.
- Act as a key change agent for claims transformation initiatives, ensuring colleagues understand the purpose, benefits, and expected outcomes of process and technology changes.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures, controls and workflows to support consistent delivery of claims operational standards and best practices.
- Champion data quality and governance in APAC Claims, ensuring adherence to global data standards and improving the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of claims data.
- Develop and use dashboards and reports to monitor key operational metrics (e.g., turnaround times, quality, productivity, error rates) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Coordinate with local markets to support regulatory, risk and audit requirements, including preparation for internal/external reviews and timely follow‑up on findings.
- Facilitate regular forums, workshops and working groups to share best practices, align on priorities, and embed continuous improvement across APAC Claims Operations.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from users and stakeholders on Aon Claims Copilot and other operational initiatives to inform enhancements and future roadmap.
- Clearly convey, at all levels of the organization, the value and impact that Aon Claims Copilot and operational excellence bring to client and colleague experience.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- 8 to 12 years of experience in claims operations, insurance/broking operations, or related roles, ideally with regional APAC exposure.
- Proven track record in driving operational improvements, process standardization and/or transformation initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience supporting or leading deployment of technology platforms or digital tools in an operational environment; exposure to AI‑enabled or decision‑support tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, regulatory and audit requirements within insurance or broking claims.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical actions and recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across countries.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex operational and technology concepts in a clear, business‑focused manner.
- High level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Culturally aware and comfortable working with diverse teams across multiple APAC markets.
