Job Description
Manage and oversee the accounts payable team to ensure efficient operations and accurate financial reporting.
Develop and implement accounts payable policies and procedures for the organization.
Monitor vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies when necessary.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and review financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and other financial requirements.
Provide leadership, training, and support to the accounts payable team.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful AP Manager Should Have
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional experience in accounts payable or financial management within the Retail industry.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
