As part of this transformation, the O2C team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless order management, accurate invoicing, and a frictionless end‑to‑end customer experience.

We are looking for a Global Order & Invoice Management Specialist who will help drive operational excellence, strengthen process integrity, and enable smooth daily operations across markets.

Your impact

  • Perform day‑to‑day O2C Order and Invoice Management activities, including reviewing and validating sales orders
  • Process orders, including manual transactions, and monitor product or service availability and logistics
  • Track, update, and manage orders throughout the lifecycle, including modifications and cancellations
  • Define stock levels based on demand patterns and market timelines
  • Create and release invoices, resolve billing issues, and handle manual credit/debit notes
  • Monitor daily invoicing activities and manage transactional dashboards
  • Process manual and sundry invoices as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide immediate workarounds to prevent process delays
  • Ensure compliance with company controls, policies, and audit requirements
  • Prepare documentation for Corporate or Independent Audit and tax‑related requests
  • Conduct knowledge transfers, prepare handbooks, and align with affiliates during service migration
  • Participate as a key user in system improvements or replacements, including UAT and project contribution

Who we’re looking for

  • University degree or post‑graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Strong communication skills and experience engaging with customers
  • Solid background in O2C within a B2B environment
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and propose better ways of working
  • Strong system proficiency and comfort navigating multiple platforms
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Note that we need a proficient speaker in Urdu and English due to the markets the role will be supporting.
