Analyst Compliance Tracking And Global Licensing

Position Summary

As an Analyst, Compliance Tracking you will help with the daily operations of the firm’s programs for bar admission and Continuing Legal Education (CLE). You will ensure that the firm’s lawyers meet the legal and professional requirements for their practice areas and jurisdictions

Duties And Accountabilities

• Update and verify the firm’s Human Resources systems with bar admission data
• Manage requests submissions and cases in MyPortal
• Enter and maintain CLE and bar admission information in Learning Management System
• Create and manage reports on Bar Admission and CLE courses
• Respond to and handle shared mailbox messages as the first contact point
• Maintain our rule book and documentation up to date.
• Manage follow ups, tracking messages for required training and compliance efforts
  
  

Qualification

• 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate environment
• Data entry, data administration and data analysis experience for a global company is a plus
• Strong knowledge of excel (reporting, VLookup)
• Proficient in Microsoft office and navigating database systems
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple large projects.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly and efficiently, prioritizing a varied workload with multiple stakeholders and shifting demands
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations by understanding stakeholder needs, determining alternatives to meet requirements and communicating appropriately.
• Accountable team player with a constructive attitude, problem-solving and customer success mindset able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a geographically dispersed team
