Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced Key Personnels to lead the Airport Modernization Project in the Philippines, focusing on infrastructure development and quality assurance (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE WORKS).

All key personnel must possess satisfactory experience and qualifications in airport operation and maintenance projects.

Minimum Qualification:
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate Degree in Engineering or Management
Length of Professional Experience: 10 years
Experience on Eligible Assignments: Worked in airport operations in a managerial or supervisory role for a minimum of five (5) years
Responsibilities:
Review of the Performance Measurement Plan
Provide professional advice and assistance on potential improvements to the MPSS Survey Results.
Intermediary: Participate in the planning, design, and development of business solutions to improve the operational efficiency of airport operations.
- Airport Safety and Security
Minimum Qualification:
Education Qualification: Undergraduate Degree in Engineering or Management Bachelors Degree holder; Knowledgeable in International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Annex 17, National Civil Aviation Security Program (NCASP), National Civil Aviation Security Training Program (NCASTP), National Civil Aviation Security Quality Control Program (NCASQCP), ASP, ASQCP, Aviation Security Manual Document 8973, Security Management System (SeMS) and Threat and Vulnerability Assessment
Length of Professional Experience: 10 years
Experience on Eligible Assignments: Worked as safety or security specialist on at least one (1) Eligible Assignment/ Demonstrated experience in the planning/design/specifi cation of airport and transportation facilities with security by design concept in accordance with the national and international standards. With extensive work experience in the field of Aviation Security (AVSEC)
Responsibilities:
Review Security Manuals such as Airport Security Program, Airport Security Training Program
Review and assessment - drafted Manuals such as Airport Security Program (ASP), Airport Security Training Program and Training Plan, Airport Security Quality Control Program (ASQCP), Airport Security Contingency Plan and Crisis Management, Cyber Security Contingency and Emergency Plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on the Access Control Points (ACPs) and Non -Passenger Security Screening Checkpoints (SSCPs), Other Security Readiness Drills/Exercise such as Partial and Full -Scale Exercises
Participate in the quarterly Airport Security Committee (ASC) Meeting, Scheduled External Audit, Airport Threat and Vulnerability Assessment
Intermediary: Participate in the airport planning, design, and construction/ renovation to consider security requirements in the security -by - design concept in accordance with the national and international standard requirements.
- Civil/Structural Engineer/Architect/ Electro-mechanical
Minimum Qualification:
Education Qualification: Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline; must be a licensed engineer preferably a Professional Engineer.
Length of Professional Experience: 10 years combined experience in the field of Civil, Architecture, MEPFS operation and maintenance, and 8 years in Aerodrome operation and maintenance
Experience on Eligible Assignments: - Held Managerial position in the Airport operation and Maintenance and Project Management or Consultancy; - Experienced Facility Management Practitioner demonstrating suitable knowledge in the design/development/ implementation/ maintenance of Specialist Airport Systems, Facilities, and Aerodrome Equipment.
Responsibilities:
Review of drafted Engineering Manuals such as Preventive Maintenance Programs, Pavement Management Programs, Heavy Maintenance cost plans and schedules, Life Cycle Management Plans, and others as stipulated in CA Annex 5;
Intermediary: - Evaluate and assess maintenance performance by analyzing the needs and requirements guaranteeing quality and efficiency of all the systems; - Gathering information related to operation and maintenance function performance within the organization; - Develop action plans for the implementation of the audit process; - Recommend Performance Improvement Plan; - Develop a final report on the carriedout audit process.
Minimum Qualification:
Education Qualification: Degree in relevant Engineering discipline preferably licensed Engineer
Length of Professional Experience: 5 years
Experience on Eligible Assignments: At least 1 year of work experience in airport operation and maintenance.
