About this Position As an AI Governance Consultant, you help organizations develop and implement ethical, legal, and organizational frameworks for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). You advise executives, business units, and IT teams on their journey toward a responsible, transparent, and sustainable AI strategy. In this role, you act as a bridge between technology, law, compliance, and corporate strategy
What You´ll Do
Assess AI applications for governance, compliance, and ethical risks, aligned with existing enterprise control frameworks (e.g., GRC, vulnerability management)
Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle, collaborating with GRC, Enterprise Architecture, Vendor Management, and the AI Center of Excellence
Design and implement AI governance policies, standards, and processes, including AI risk assessments and centralized AI inventories
Advise on AI related regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, and other regional regulations) and translate them into practical controls
Conduct AI risk analyses and define mitigation measures; Support AI audits, assessments, and certification activities
Train and raise awareness on responsible AI usage across the organization; Act as a key stakeholder interface with legal, data protection, business, and employee representation bodies
Track emerging AI regulations, trends, and best practices to continuously improve governance frameworks
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Informatics, Law, or a comparable field
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in IT consulting, AI, or related digital transformation roles
Experience or strong interest in AI governance, compliance, or risk management frameworks
Working knowledge of artificial intelligence, data ethics, and data protection principles; Hands on experience with GDPR or comparable regulatory frameworks; familiarity with the EU AI Act is a strong advantage
Analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving; Proactive self-learner capable of staying current with evolving AI regulations and best practices
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of cross functional teams
Amenable to work on a shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Makati
