General Description

  • Leads Agency Rewards and Support team including related initiatives while ensuring delivery of high-quality service to the agency force in an efficient manner i.e., within agreed turn-around time to improve distributor experience and drive engagement.
  • Collaborates with Receivables team Advisor and Leader account receivables particularly from the loans program, special incentives directly and through active participation and collaboration with the Agency Receivables team.
  • Leads projects on process review, documentation and improvement including digitization of applicable rewards services to drive engagement of the agency force.
  • Owns and resolves distributor issues related to rewards and incentives within agreed turn-around time, either through direct handling or escalation to the concerned business unit.

Position Responsibilities

Rewards Management

  • Manages of Agency’s rewards program specifically health incentives, group life insurance incentives, savings incentive, and business loans (i.e., GAMA, MDRT, PIFAAP, Car loan, Start-Up, and Development Funds).
  • Conducts periodic benchmarking and find areas for improvement in the rewards program to aid in driving an improvement in the productivity of our advisors and leaders.
  • Ensures spending on the benefits program is within allowed expense budget by regularly forecasting and monitoring expenses.
  • Analyzes regulations and ensures compliance with all control related policies.
  • Collaborates with Sales Management Teams to share applicable rules and processes on rewards and incentives.

Sales Support

  • Ensures support processes comply within service level arrangements which include IDs, office badges, business cards, secretary codes, certification requests, bank endorsements, and requests for O365 emails.
  • Manages agency clearance process to ensure that all concerned stakeholders meet service level agreement including collaboration with Licensing.
  • Manages the rewards and incentives of each advisor based on the set level of qualification.
  • Prepare relevant and prompt reports necessary to ensure proper management and monitoring of deliverables like clearances, loans, business cards, ids, receivables, etc.
  • Ensures prompt posting of licensed advisor names in PWS.
  • Manages advisors and agency leader 201 file in relation to approved incentives like car loan, booster loan, and start-up loans.
  • Manages RRR letters to agency leaders.
  • Supports receivables team on the loan portfolio collection efforts from active and inactive advisors and prepare the necessary reports for escalation to decide on collection issues / challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a degree holder of any 4-year business-related course.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Rewards Administration and Sales Support in a sales or marketing organization
  • Good People Management Skills
  • MS Office Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Document Management apps, tools and systems are an advantage.
  • Life Insurance, Sales Support and Distributor Rewards background an advantage.
