Oversee the complete delivery of the Agency Sales Recruitment Program, a talent-attraction initiative, focusing on program design, execution, and continuous improvement to efficiently source, engage, and convert high-potential candidates at scale.
Position Responsibilities
Program design and enhancement
- Develop and refine the Agency Sales Recruitment Program framework: eligibility criteria, sourcing channels, incentive structures and branding.
- Collaborate with Marketing and engagement to align out promise and to produce campaigns collateral, candidate webinars and communication playbooks related to the Agency Sales Recruitment Program
Operational execution
- Manage day-to-day operations of Agency Sales Recruitment Program: campaign launches, applicant tracking, budget spend and vendor coordination.
- Oversee the candidate assessment funnel—online tests, screening calls and selection panels—to ensure SLAs are met (e.g., 5-day turnaround).
Stakeholder management
- Liaise with Agency Sales leadership and regional teams to align candidate profiles with local market needs.
- Coordinate with IT/ATS teams to implement system enhancements, reporting dashboards and automated notifications.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define and track program KPIs: number of applicants, quality-of-hire metrics, conversion rates and cost-per-hire.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports; surface insights and recommend course-corrections to the Director.
Candidate Experience And Engagement
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate journey: timely communications, clear expectations and feedback loops.
- Implement ambassador and referral schemes to boost candidate advocacy and program visibility.
Continuous improvement and innovation
- Conduct post-campaign retrospectives to capture lessons learned and optimize future waves.
- Pilot new sourcing channels (e.g., digital partnerships, niche job boards) and assessment tools to raise program efficacy.
Individual Accountabilities

- Communicate the agency sales promise to Agency Sales Recruitment Program candidates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, HR or related field.
- 6+ years in recruitment operations, program management or campus-recruitment, with 2+ years leading a major talent program.
- Proven track record running multi-channel sourcing campaigns and managing end-to-end candidate funnels.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ATS platforms, basic data-analysis (Excel/powerBI) and digital marketing channels.
