This company is a well-established, large organization in the financial services industry.

Job Description

Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain network systems supporting enterprise operations
Network Security & Compliance: Implement controls to ensure security and regulatory adherence
Backup, Recovery & Incident Management: Support disaster recovery exercises and participate in incident response
Ticket & Request Management: Handle service requests, tickets, and ad hoc support while meeting SLA requirements
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain updated network diagrams, records, and reports for submission to the Department Head

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in network administration/engineering with hands-on exposure to mission‑critical systems in a 24/7 operational environment
Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, CompTIA Network+, CISSP, or equivalent
Experience managing mission-critical systems within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of network infrastructure in financial services, payments, and switch operations, including regulatory and security requirements (BSP, PCI‑DSS, MBSS)
